White Sorghum – Whole Grain (Cholam | Vella solam | Jowar | Jola | Jonna)

White sorghum is used to render Upma, Biryani, and Oatmeal, which are my favourite breakfast meals. Boiled Sorghum grains can be blended with sliced onions, tomatoes, and a stretch of lime to make chat.
