Coconut sugar is made in a clear manner. A cut in the coconut palm flower and the fluid sap is captured in containers. The sap is heated until the majority of the water has drained away. The final result is brown and fine-grained. It has a close resemblance to raw sugar, but the grain size is lesser or even more changeable. It is quite similar to normal table sugar, but is far less processed and has fewer nutrients. Use coconut sugar minimally while you’re heading to do it. Coconut sugar goes the same way just as most processed sugar. It’s better than refined sugar, but it’s far worse than no sugar at all.
