Mabif mart (“we” and “us”) operates the website (https://mabifmart.com). When placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties understand and agree upon the arrangement, setting mutual expectations regarding our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be discrepancies from time to time. If we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would like a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase. This price represents the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Mabif mart accepts returns due to a change of mind if a return request is received within 4 days of item receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Upon acceptance of returns, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund any shipping costs paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Mabif mart honors valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of item receipt. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, expect Mabif mart to process your claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method,
(b) a refund in store credit, or
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
4. Delivery Terms

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we accept cancellations anytime before the order has been dispatched.
9. Insurance
Parcels are not insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
